The Schlage Lock Redevelopment Plan

Schlage Lock Redevelopment Enviromental clean-up and preparation for site development completed by 2012.  The Schlage Lock Site will be transformed into a new mixed-use transit-oriented community with new public streets, new community parks and a community center created within the existing Schlage Lock office building. The new development will consist of 1250 new housing units as well as new neighborhood serving retail including a grocery store.
